Noel Clarke Noel Clarke from Jamaica was three years old when he underwent surgery for Hypospadias (a genital urinary passage problem) at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. The surgery was successfully performed by Dr Tony Khoury, Chief of the Division of Urology. TCCF covered the cost of treatment.
