Ashminee Budram Ashminee Budram of Guyana was one year old when she was treated for her impaired vision at the Hospital for Sick Kids in Toronto. She required a Corneal Transplant. This was done in 2007 by Dr. Asim Ali, Division of Ophthalmology. TCCF paid for her transplant.
