At the tender age of eleven months, doctors detected a cyst in Afeina's brain. After undergoing successful surgery at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, baby Afeina was able to return home to her native country of Antigua where she now lives a normal life. TCCF paid for the cost of her surgery.
